Claudia Alves Ribeiro, who has been working at the Schweizerhof since 2018, charmingly takes care of the well-being of guests in the new brasserie. Over the past seven years as Chef de Rang, she has gained valuable experience in direct contact with guests, demonstrating the necessary sensitivity, commitment and warmth. She is looking forward to creating unforgettable moments for guests in her new role - always with the aim of making their stay a personalised feel-good experience.
A familiar face also takes centre stage in the kitchen: Stefan Ritter has taken over culinary responsibility as head chef of the Brasserie VICO. Born in St. Gallen, he has over 20 years of experience in high end gastronomy. He was able to make his first mark during his time as sous-chef last year, giving him a taste of the Schweizerhof. His signature style is clear: a no-frills cuisine that works with the best produce and combines urban influences with traditional French and Swiss elements. A stylish fusion that fits the modern concept of Brasserie VICO perfectly.
Claudia Alves Ribeiro, Stefan Ritter and the entire team stand for genuine hospitality and the highest culinary quality, making Brasserie VICO a new favorite place for Lucerne residents and hotel guests from all over the world.
