Claudia Alves Ribeiro, who has been working at the Schweizerhof since 2018, will charmingly look after the well-being of guests in the new brasserie. Over the past seven years as Chef de Rang, she has gained valuable experience in direct contact with guests, demonstrating the necessary sensitivity, commitment and warmth. She is now looking forward to creating unforgettable moments for guests in her new role - always with the aim of making their stay a personalised feel-good experience.

A familiar face also takes centre stage in the kitchen: Stefan Ritter takes over culinary responsibility as head chef at Brasserie VICO. Born in St. Gallen, he has over 20 years of experience in top gastronomy. He was able to make his first mark as sous-chef last year, giving him a taste of the Schweizerhof. His signature style is clear: a no-frills cuisine that works with the best products and combines urban influences with traditional French and Swiss elements. A stylish fusion that fits in perfectly with the modern concept of Brasserie VICO.

Together with the entire team, Claudia Alves Ribeiro and Stefan Ritter stand for genuine hospitality and the highest culinary quality, making Brasserie VICO a new favourite place for Lucerne residents and hotel guests from all over the world.
